所谓的未成年和性行为的定义

根据刑事法典（penal code）第375 条文

375.  Rape.

A man is said to commit "rape" who, except in the case hereinafter excepted, has sexual intercourse with a woman under circumstances falling under any of the following descriptions:

(g)with or without her consent, when she is under sixteen years of age


而所谓的18岁，是因为age of majority act 1972 提供的成年年龄是18岁，所以可能很多没有深入了解的大众就会以为statutory rape 也是18岁,而真正的法定未成年年龄是16岁。


然而法律上性交的定义如下
"Sexual intercourse" means intercourse, real or simulated, whether genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex or between a human and an animal, or with an artificial genital. 

所以无论是同性或异性
只要把阴茎插入
1.阴道
2.肛门
3.口腔

即使是是轻轻触碰，也被归类为性交
射精不列为条件之一
